I have been talking with 6 different EA support staff, by online chat, phone and email and all of them focused on directing me to Steam support, even though Steam directly redirect you to EA support since they only sell the game and manage the download. (Note that the both Deluxe Editions from Origin and Steam have the same key and activation date.)
